By placing an order on this site, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported, or in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully charged; you'll receive an email confirmation from Stripe.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, then shipped with tracked delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full delivery timeframes.

Product descriptions & batch variations

We make every reasonable effort to describe and display products accurately. Delivered items match the customer's selected shape, shell color, and pixel fluid colorway. Minor physical variations in casing and finish may occur between production batches depending on available warehouse stock (such as whether a strap loop / lanyard attachment slot / keychain hole is present on the housing or not; carrying straps and accessories are not included). By placing an order and becoming our customer, you acknowledge and accept these standard stock-dependent variations.

Limitation of liability

PixalWave is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this product, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
